You mount a physical checkpoint where the work is done. The token runs on a battery, with no internet and no mains power.

The employee enters the code
They type the code from the display into their phone browser. No app install. The code rotates every 30 seconds and works once.

The check-in, check-out or visit appears in the panel with the employee, the checkpoint and the time.

No. It confirms presence at the checkpoint and the time. The scope of work is documented separately, in the task and comment layer.
