A token at the location
You mount a physical checkpoint where the work is done. The token runs on a battery, with no internet and no mains power.

The employee enters the code
They type the code from the display into their phone browser. No app install. The code rotates every 30 seconds and works once.

The supervisor sees the record
The check-in, check-out or visit appears in the panel with the employee, the checkpoint and the time.

What the system does not do: it does not track the employee's route by GPS and it does not confirm that a job was done correctly. It confirms that a specific checkpoint was used by a specific employee at a specific time. Task notes and comments are a separate documentation layer.

Questions about this industry
Does the token meet the requirements of an energy site?
The token is a passive battery device with no radio transmission and no connection to any installation. The mounting location should be agreed with the team responsible for the site.
Does a confirmation replace the inspection report?
No. It confirms presence at the point and the time. The report and the scope of work remain separate documentation.
Can hundreds of points be covered?
Yes, the number of active points depends on the plan. Higher plans cover 25 and 75 points, and for larger networks we prepare an individual quote.
